We have decided to keep registration going for just a bit longer, but please note two things. First, we had to place our food order with the venue, so we will not be taking any further food orders. Second, we will be running the final list of registered and paid players early next week. For this reason, we highly recommend that you pay by credit card. Players that sign up but whose checks are not received by April 3 will not be playing in the tournament. At this point it is doubtful that a check will arrive in time for the player to be included.
Before you go to the registration site, please note a few items.
1. The convention center does not allow any outside food or beverages.
2. For those coming from out of town, we strongly urge that hotel reservations be made soon. Some of the hotel blocks have already filled and many of the negotiated prices are only valid to early March.
3. Seating in the convention center will be quite tight. We encourage people to bring outdoor seating and enjoy our (hopefully) nice weather.
4. Check-in will be on April 7th with on-line check-in. For those in the area, you are welcome to come to the convention center that evening to check-in and pick-up your program/order items. We will also have phone check-in. Details will be available on this website.
